Make fresh Pineapple juice at home without a juicer. All you need is a blender and if you have the high-performance ones like the Blendtec one, you don’t need to strain the juice at all!
If you have been following my posts, you know by now that I got a Blendtec Blender recently and can’t stop going gaga over it.
Now I have one more reason to love my blender, the fact that I don’t need a juicer anymore. The reason I didn’t use my juicer as much as my husband would have liked to (he bought it as a gift) is because I don’t like the fact that a juicer strips off all the fiber in the fruits.
Enter Blendtec and not only it does a great job of retaining the fiber, but it also purees the fruit so well that you don’t even have to strain it. I wasn’t sure at first but when I tried making Pineapple Juice for the first time in the blender, it looked and tasted just like the ones they serve in restaurants in India – frothy and so yummy. The best part I didn’t have shell out a bomb to get 100% Pineapple Juice. For best results, do not use the canned pineapple chunks.
