Ingredients needed

A simple microwave fudge recipe requires only two key ingredients – chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. The rest of the ingredients, such as cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and chopped nuts, are optional.

Ingredients used in Microwave Fudge

The recipe is pretty straightforward – you mix condensed milk and chocolate chips in a bowl. Microwave it for a minute, then mix well for 10-15 seconds. If chocolate chips have not completely melted, microwave them for 10 more seconds. Mix again.

The last step is to mix in the add-ons, such as chopped nuts and vanilla extract.  To set, refrigerate it for an hour.

This dish is decadent and perfect all by itself, but you can also glam it up with

  1. A mixture of chopped nuts such as almonds, cashews, pistachios, etc. I have used only almonds in my recipe.
  2. You could also add about two tablespoons of hazelnut butter or peanut butter.

Note: Add all the toppings only after the chocolate chips have completely melted in the condensed milk.

What you’ll love about this recipe
